Weather Station LoRa MeteoHelix® IoT PRO
MeteoHelix® is a LoRa-capable compact weather station. Its double-helix anti-radiation shield is patented and has been rigorously tested by many independant laboratories. It's renowned for its performance and conformity with the World Meteorological Organization quality criteria. This is the perfect weather station for measurements in urban or agricultural environments.
The weather station MeteoHelix on its own measures the temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure and global solar radiation.
It can be connected to:
- the MeteoRain® pluviometer or any pluviometer with a normally-open reed switch to measure rain fall and rain rate;
- the MeteoWind® anemometer to measure wind direction and speed;
- an expansion module MeteoAG® able to receive
- up to three water tension measurements (from Watermark® probes),
- up to three Water Volume Content (WVC) measurements,
- up to three surface or ground temperature measurements,
- a leaf wetness measurement.
The mounting mechanism is a universal plate with four screws. It can also be used on a mast, with U-bolts (not included).
The patented double-helix shield meets the World Meteorological Organization and US National Weather Service standards. It's been tested independantly by many laboratories around the world. It's a passive shelter but it's shown performance at least equal and in many cases superior to fan-aspirated shields. Its shape ventilates better than multi-plate shields and keeps the dust and rain away from the sensors. The second helix hidden inside protects the temperature probe against infrared and light from all directions even in the brightest, most-reflective setups like urban envronments.
Online data on MeteoData
The data measured by the MeteoHelix weather station can be consulted in real time and archived on our web platform MétéoData. The data is updated every 10 minutes. The first year of subscription to MétéoData LoRaWAN is included in the purchase price (only available in France - contact us for installation in another country).
The platform allows you to :
- view a dashboard of instantaneous and extreme values
- view tables and graphs for past periods
- view maps of the values of your sensor(s) and other sensors in the community
- create alerts by email and/or SMS when a configurable threshold is exceeded
- export your data in CSV, Excel or other formats
- access our API to link your data to your website or other applications.
